2. Cru, Eastbourne

3. Olliver’s Restaurant, Seaford
Ollivers Restaurant has been serving homemade, delicious food since opening in 2003.

4. Burnt Orange, Brighton
Just a stone’s throw from the seafront and nearby to Brighton’s iconic Lanes, Burnt Orange is a Michelin-recommended restaurant and bar that’s easy to miss but well worth discovering.
The menu features a selection of sharing plates cooked over a wood-fired grill, with Middle Eastern and North African influences. They also offer their curated “experience menus” that come with a range of dishes selected by the chefs.
Burnt Orange is also great for cocktail lovers, as they offer a wide range of traditional and more exotic mixes.

5. Fork, Lewes
Fork, in Lewes, is dedicated to modern British cooking, with a focus on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
Their ever-changing menu showcases the best of what local farmers, artisan producers, and fishermen have to offer – sustainably sourced meat, vegetables, cheeses, and the freshest seafood straight from the boats of Newhaven.
They also offer a few different sample menus so you can try a carefully curated selection of dishes.
