She enjoys working with people and being part of a team that communicates clearly and supports one another. Her role gives her the opportunity to help clients, work alongside her colleagues, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
For Florence, one of her proudest moments at Barwells has been seeing the company win awards, recognising the hard work and dedication of the whole team.
Outside work, Florence plays rugby as a scrumhalf for Haywards Heath Rugby Club. She also spends a lot of time listening to all kinds of music, whether digitally or at concerts.
In her free time, Florence can usually be found napping, watching or playing rugby, or trying out recipes she has seen on social media.
